Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Settings page. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan requires no credit card and has no time limit. You get up to 25 monitors with SSL monitoring and 30-day data retention at no cost.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You will not be able to create new monitors beyond your plan limit. Existing monitors continue to run normally. Upgrade your plan to add more capacity.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for the Pro and Scale plans at a discounted rate. Toggle between monthly and annual pricing on the pricing cards above.
