How the plans differ

DownWarning's pricing is built around one idea: you shouldn't need a sales call to know what monitoring will cost you. Every tier, including Starter, includes SSL certificate monitoring and multi-channel alerting — the differences between plans are monitor count, check frequency, data retention, and access to Local Agents for private infrastructure. Compare uptime monitoring, SSL monitoring, and alerting in detail, or see how Local Agents extend coverage to internal servers and Kubernetes clusters behind a firewall. If you outgrow a plan, upgrading takes effect immediately and billing is prorated — there's no need to plan a migration around it.

Most teams start on the free Starter plan to monitor their core public services, then move to Pro once they need Local Agents for internal infrastructure or faster check intervals. Scale exists for teams running enough monitors, agents, or alert contacts that per-seat pricing elsewhere would otherwise get expensive fast. Whichever plan you're on, the pricing page always reflects what you'd actually pay — there's no separate enterprise tier hidden behind a contact form.
